We stopped by unannounced/no RSVP after an intense Sunday morning pickleball session...we were pleasantly surprised how loud it was...let me explain.. When we arrived, some patrons in the restaurant were straight up in their Pajamas. There was a DJ pumping out some high energy EDM Music. There definitely was a party brunch vibe going on. The flashy showcased bar was crowded and there were even families enjoying brunch. They just sat away from the DJ where there was less noise. Our server was fantastic. He gave some great menu recommendations and was extremely friendly and checked on us frequently Chilaquiles - good times..if you enjoy them..give DW's a try.. bloody mary - a lot of ice, not enough drink...that's just my greedy opinion... chicken flautas - Hands down, the best chicken flautas I've had...great stuff carrot cake - shared by all, enjoyed by all... DW Bistro makes for a solid Sunday brunch option especially if you're looking to pair your dishes with a high energy DJ. Cheers!
Beautiful restaurant. The service is phenomenal and the food is delicious! Flautas & Salmon Bowl are 10/10. They have been so consistent over the last 15 years, which is something not many businesses can achieve. Kudos to you! Keep up the amazing work and thank you for being a gem in Las Vegas.
everything was great! good service. my family and I love the jerk wings ! the inside is very welcoming. Would love to come back for an event :)
Excellent visit. First time here in about 8 years. It will definitely be now on our regular list. Food was excellent. I had the chicken and waffles. Side of "crispy" breakfast potatoes (server said they are soft, so asked for them to be crispy). My wife had the salmon bowl. Ordered medium. Great crispy sear on the outside, but it was well done (which was no big deal, still very tasty). My son had the chicken finger and fries. Good value, $9 and included a drink. Service was perfect. They had a DJ playing music. Fun experience. We will be back soon.
The food and flavor combinations are surprising and amazing. We ordered 3 appetizers, 4 entrees, and 3 desserts that were all delicious! Service was perfect...very attentive and always available. Ambience was very nice, and classic bistro. Definitely will be back. Check it out if you're in the area, but bring a big appetite.
My friend & I came here for my late birthday girls day celebration! It was our first time here & we went for brunch on Sunday around 12:30 pm. Man, what an experience it was! They had a DJ playing music so it was really loud in there but it was such a vibe! (props to the DJ for the good music!!) We both ordered the DW margarita, & shared the chicken curry, chicken flautas, & DW jerk pork hash. OMG everything was DELICIOUS!! The jerk flavor was so prominent in the pork hash & it had a nice little spice kick. The curry flavor was earthy & robust, & it had lots of veggies as well. We also really enjoyed the margarita, as it wasn't too sweet & it definitely wasn't lacking in tequila! We finished off with a chocolate cake & it was soooo rich & scrumptious. I can see why this place has such good reviews! I will definitely be back for more!!
DW Bistro is located in the Gramercy in South/West Las Vegas. They offer some foods laced with Jamaican Flavors and also offer some foods with subdued nuances of New Mexican Cuisine and other surprises. They offer a brunch menu on the weekend and a during the week menu. Both menus have things on them like a salmon bowl, jerk fried chicken, vegetable or chicken curry, and New Mexican red Chile pork. They have mostly indoor seating and do also have a few outdoor tables. I tried the Jerk Chicken and waffles with the DW signature syrup. A nice touch was fresh orange zest on the chicken. This meal was also generous in size and for me was two meals. It wasn't perfect because all the crust fell off while eating it but it was good. The chicken was hot and moist. It was seasoned with a mild Jamaican jerk taste. The waffles and syrup was also good. I also took home for the next day a curry chicken. It also was generous in size and I got two meals out of it. I thought it was good ....no complaints here. My husband tried the New Mexican Red Chile Pork. It was good but also not perfect. The eggs came out unseasoned, and temperature-wise this came out cold with pork that stayed hard together instead of being tender and falling apart. My husband was pretty grouchy about this. They did offer to bring him a new one but he refused because my meal would be cold by the time it came out. Then they did offer to make two new meals but that offer was declines and he just ate his meal the way it was. The management was nice and surprised us with a complimentary key lime pie dessert. I thought it was delicious. It had a lot going on with it. In the end they took my husband's meal off the check too to try to please him. The other error that was made was that they accidentally charged us $5.00 for an iced tea I never received. (but after they took one meal off and surprised us with dessert I didn't feel the need to complain again). But in the end they really handed the situation as well as possible and I am a fan of that. Good but not perfect.
We enjoyed our brunch and food was still good. The only thing that was just ok was the steak as they cooked it too much. Service was great and waiter was attentive. Love the music playing in the background and really cute decor all around.
First time here. Mae is incredibly knowledgeable on drinks and the whole menu. I ended up getting a Bellini, and a rose to drink, and for food I got an incredible Cobb salad! The atmosphere is incredible very airy and refreshing and good clientele! The staff here is so friendly they introduce themselves and are extremely personable I would bring clients here in the future for sure! Music is good too!
